Noctulucent clouds in South

I'm sure I've spelt that wrong, but is it possible to see these in the south? There are some wispy bluish clouds there that I'd swear are NCs but thought they were only visible in the north? Wishful thinking?

They might be, can form between 50>70 degrees

I saw a pic of some taken from the Netherlands.

Apparently they arrived early this year and more are forming than ever before.
