eyepiece from skys the limit

Anyone used tmb eyepiece from skys the limit. Just ordered one and bit worried about a few reviews.

They get quite a lot of coverage on here and are quite well thought of. They are not TMB related though, despite what's printed on them.

Which focal length did you go for ?

9mm. Guess i can send it back if its no good. Only £40 so not expecting it to be brilliant but an improvement on sw basic 10mm that came with scope.

I have one of the "TMB design" ones as they were labelled when I bought it, its fine, a lot better than the stock eyepieces. One thing about skies the limit is that if you are not happy you can return it without a battle, I doubt you will have any cause to return it though.

It will be a noticeable improvement over the stock 10mm, thats for sure

Haven't used the TMB but got a couple of BSTs from STL. For customer service they are almost unique these days for taking it seriously, they would probably swop it if you didn't like it.

I just got 3 of the BST starguiders from skies the limit but have not had the opportunity to really give them a good try out, had a few bashes at Saturn between clouds but not had any good time with them but first impressions are that they are really nice. And I agree, they are ahead of the game with customer service!

I have an 8mm BST for my grab n go and I can say its a great little ep. I tried a 6mm TMB and it didnt perform as well so sent it back although I think that might have been the scope. That said, I barlowed the 8mm BST and it performed fine so it did leave me wondering.
