Starbook S GOTO verses Synscan

Has anyone used the Starbook S GOTO I have been using the Skywatcher synscan GOTO for a while and been very happy with it. Are both system comparable?

To the best of my knowledge, the Starbook S is only compatible with the GP2, GPD2 and the discontinued GP, GP-DX and GP-E mounts but I also believe that the device is also a discontinued item. I haven't used one myself but I have used the original colour Star Book and Star Book Ten both of which I found were excellent but again, they only work with Vixen mounts.

Thanks Steve I just ordered your book, need all the help I can get! I was looking at buying a Vixen GP-DX Which includes the Starbook S GOTO (Second user of course)

If the Star book S is as user friendly as the colour versions, you will find it very simple to use.
