Single pic 5 min with my new skywatcher synguider :-)

Taken from my garden in Svedala Sweden ( population 20000+) so its not so dark here :-(.

But i think the synguider works well, need to go far out and try it for real :-)

Agreed, this image has good potential - if you take multiple images and stack them you'll see a big enhancement in the quality & the background will diminish. If you're imaging though in a fairly light polluted area, maybe try one of these filters as well to reduce the problem further :

Hi Amus, the Hutech IDAS filter is THE one to buy if you're serious about cutting out light pollution yet still letting your precious galaxy/nebula data to come through. I know it's expensive, but the folks that have them repeatedly praise their qualities. I don't have one since I'm lucky to be living in the "sticks" in Devon and there is minimal light pollution from where I image, but if I had a lot of lights nearby I'm pretty certain I'd get this.
