G2v star calibration query ?

Hi, I'm having a few problems due mainly to the fact I'm shooting equally exposed subs through Baader RGB filters. I've down loaded a catalogue of G2v stars which I've added to CdC so I can find them.

I've used AIP4WIN to do a calibration on three filtered images but the differences between the exposures (calibrated) seems very small in the RGB range: 1.06:1.00:1.03 respectively does this sound like reasonable adjustments?

Your correction values do appear very small. Make sure that the reference star isn't saturated in any colour.

Im curious, does colour calibration in PI negate the need to do this?

To a large part, yes. However, in some circumstances there may not be a good enough sample of stars for PI to use. Narrow field images of nebulae where most of the stars are dimmed by dust is one example of this.
