Processing software?

Hi All

I have today stacked my first ever Orion ned picture, it is tbh not that good, but now I've learnt how to stack just light frames I would like people opinions on other software such as photoshop to process the final picture, for some reason my laptop won't install photoshop I've tried everything possible even watching installion videos on YouTube but with no success.

What other software that are easy to pick up and learn are there to use? Any information would be lovely and greatly appreciated

Have a search for GIMP. Not as good as PS but it is free.
