Very rusty on solar

can't get the mosaic to stitch together and processing a tad raw to say the least

They look great

In the bottom image, the edge looks a bit sharp. You use Photoshop? if so, when you select with the magic wand, go to the tool bar and Select / smooth (25) and then Select / Feather (2) and this should smooth the edge a bit and look less sharp. Hope it helps a bit.
