fedster
good idea BG that throw clouds (not exactly great still messing with zoom focus)the next one is full zoomedits as if it hasnt even taken the shot.
JamesF
I think it's possibly just massively over-exposed. When I'm imaging the moon I use exposure times of 1/1000th of a second, so I think you may need to drop the exposure time quite a bit.James
fedster
Cheers BG mate still trying to figure out the lighting settings on this think am going to have to read up on that now.i did how ever notice my best shot above compared to a few others, seemed to get a better shot with a tiny amount of cloud in front of it, so can you get a filter for this. Thanks again BG
JamesF
That's much better, but I'd say it's a little out of focus. If it were possible to get a cloud filter, they'd all be sold out James
fedster
think it worth getting a decent camera first tbh it was a present for the OH a upgrade to her first bridge slrshould have spent the extra and got a good slr instead of another bridge (dont get me wrong she has had some stunning shots with this one) just its not to user friendly (well idiot proof for me)the manual focus ring is way to sensitive.
