Astro sketching anyone?

Is there anyone out there into astrosketching its something I'm looking into doing, I got a tutorial book for christmas but any extra pointers would be great.

Take a look at this thread. Mike is sketching each of the Messier objects. Some of the early posts seem to no longer be displaying the drawings, but some of the recent work is very impressive. Perhaps you could reach out to him for some pointers.

Theres also thread with links to all sorts of tutorials and sketching templates, well worth a look and will help you get started

Its called astronomical sketching, a step by step introduction. Its part of patrick moores practical astronomy series, it aint cheap tho! 25 quid and its only a little book!!
