Watching meteors from Israel

Yesterday I was watching the Geminid meteor shower from Israel with the Israeli Astronomy Association,

we were counting the meteors and writing their brightness. so I decided to try and capture theme with a meteor.

and I succeeded

The next picture shows a bright geminid that cross the cloud:

Wow! Excellent pictures! Jealous What is the yellow light reflecting off the clouds? Is that light pollution from the city? Kind of looks like it, but doesnt seem to of affected the picture in anyway!

Great pictures, over here in Belgium it was very clouded so couldn't see the shower this yeah

In the first image the yellow light is from a city in Jordan, in the second image it's from a Military base.

Most of Israel was clouded too, But where I was there were no clouds most of the time
