+ shipping + VAT + handling charge not that great a price for an Achro

Shipping a large item like this from the states would cost £££££ plus the VAT would make your eyes water too. Shame suppliers in this country don't have crazy sales like they do over the pond

What is the current price this side of the pond?

Shipping isn't all that much if you take the bog standard option it's just $122 US, plus 20%ish for VAT so you'd still be only looking at just over 500 quid.

edit: My bad, bog standard shipping is $150 US to UK, it's cheaper for Belgium oddly.

i think if i wanted a big achro i'd go for the sw evostar 150 or star travel 150 both of which will cost you less and your dealing with a UK company. the es might have a bit less CA but if you were really bothered by that you'd be looking for an ED frac, all of this is just my opinion
