Astrometrica - tearing my hair out!

Hi there. Can anyone out there help me with a problem I'm having with Astrometrica.

I just can't get it to work properly, even if I use the basic tutorial. It just can't seem to find any reference stars.

OK, according to the tutorial, if I go to do 'Data reduction', I'm supposed to get loads of reference stars circled green, as in the image below.

However, when I do it, I just get the following result with no green stars:

Can anyone shed any light on this. I think I've set up the internet settings OK, as it connects and seems to download some data.

Shameless bump. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

It is a long while since I used it but I would check that the configuration data is correct. Location, image scale etc. I will look later today or tomorrow to see if I can get it going again. Andrew

I have just tried it and get exactly the error you do. I worked through the tutorials before without problem. I think you will need to contact them to get this resolved. Regards Andrew
