M31, my first DSO image.

I've got to say that i'm well pleased with my first dso image.

What concerns me most are the 'wispy' stars. I thought these were most likely due to guiding but i have since sharpened up my PA (but not my focus) and the wisps remain. I'm sampling at about 5"/pixel.

I am using a camera lens with a home made adaptor which could possibly raise collimation issues. All processing done in Nebulosity.

The image is kind of small on my phone but I think I may see a dust lane there in the foreground. Nice work. Much better than my first attempt at M31!
