Andromeda & M51 revisited

Good evening all,

a second crack at the two previously imaged galaxies.

20 x 3 mins each at ISO 800 with 15 darks (same exposure length & ISO) and 10 x flats. Any suggestions for improvement welcome.

Looks like you have a bit of a gradient problem, I guess down to light pollution, if you have photoshop have you tried GradientXterminator, a great plug in?

Two great shots really nice gradientxterminator will get rid of the gradients for you try it on a trail basis first see if it suits you.
