ELAC Meteor Watch Aug 11th

Here are the details for the ELAC August meeting..

ELAC next meeting is on Aug 11th @ Gibraltar point, Skegness, Lincolnshire from 8pm.

This month we are holding a perseids meteor shower watch this is a free event all you will need is a sun lounger (for comfort) and some warm clothes.

We meet at the gibraltar point nature reserve Skegness Lincolnshire there is no charge to attend but you will have to pay a min £1 at the parking metres to park on the reserve. We hold our meetings in the visitor centre car park.

Everyone with an interest in the night sky is very welcome to attend from complete beginners to seasoned astronomers, the elac members also bring their astronomical equipment to meetings and are happy to let you use them to view the heavens.
