Focal reducer

I have discovered that I have at some time, picked up an Astro Engineering Focal Reducer AC763.

Does anyone know if this will work with a webcam at all? I wS hoping to use it with a SPC900 on a f5 6" Newt for lunar imaging.

Should I put it between the cam and IR filter or in front of the filter?

I realise it's not the best, but I'm hoping to reduce the size of the moon to capture it all in one go.

It would work with a webcam, you could almost get the whole moon on to the sensor. The downside is that at an effective focal length of 450mm the amount of detail in the final image would be reduced also.
