Still working on the hatching problem

its the sweet spot of the etalon

and an odd panal at the bottom

stage 2 pst mod on the vixn with DMK31 captured with DSSR stacked in registax 6 and badly processed in PS

There is some really nice detail in that image I would use a different stacking program - or maybe change some of the alignment points. That dark portion to me looks like the stacking program has lost it's way a little on some of the frames...

Not sure how many frames you captured, but it may also be worth going through each frame and setting the alignment point manually (using the same time to reject any dud frames), it's a long and really boring job, but can work wonders

I went back and redid it this time in AVI Stack

the sweet spot is still showing but the dodgy panel has been sorted
