Konus Digital Camera Adapter

Another newbie question... I've seen this advertised on a few sites and wondered what people think of it. I've got a good Canon compact and would be keen to take a few snaps once the weather's cleared up and we actually have night time up in Scotland.

I have a similar one to this - they certainly work - it'll hold the camera square and steady up to the eyepiece much better then hand holding a camera to the lens. Some reasonable results can be achieved on moon and planets - so long as you don't expect any more than that - dso imaging isn't realistic with it.
