M thread camera lenses

OK I have attached my ToUCam to a 200mm MThread lens. My question is how do I mount this on the back of my scope?I cannot use scope rings 'cos I need to be able to focus thenlens and when I converted my Webcam to long exposure I discarded the threaded bit that would let me use a camera mount.

Any ideas?
