Viewing a launch at Cape Canaveral

More by luck than judgment, we have planned a trip to Florida this summer that coincides with the launch of the RBSP mission from Cape Canaveral on August 23rd. :grin:

Does any one have any advice on a good location to view a Cape launch from?

I think there's dedicated viewing locations which should have directions too via the nasa website...

Most of the advice is ...just park up on the road..and there doesn't seem to be anything in the way of "organised" viewing points. So I just wondered if anyone had any personal recommendations...
