xbox live cam and dso imaging

Can an x box live cam be used for DSO imaging ? if an lx mod is needed pls can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks

There's no LX mod for the Xbox cam that I'm aware of and I doubt there ever will be. I really don't think the sensor is up to the kind of standard necessary for DSO imaging.

Thanks for that, i guess my expectations were a little high. Guess i will give it a go with my Nikon d50. Which would be better piggybacking on the scope or prime focus?
