Using a Logitech Webcam with my Skywatcher Explorer

Hi All,

I am new to this site and only had my Telescope for about 6 Months. I am trying to adapt my Logitech Webcam to my Skywatcher Explorer 200, but having 1 major issue, i am only seeing the inside of the Tube, what am i doing wrong????? Please can anyone help.

As I said elsewhere, it sounds like you haven't removed the camera lens.

Thanks for you reply, i have removed the Lenses from the Webcam, i have tested this out on closer objects with a smaller scope and it worked. Just don't know where i am going wrong.

hi graham can you take a picture using the webcam to show what your seeing and post it as they say a picture paints a thousand words..

Thanks for your reply, I will try to do this and post it asap for you. Not much to look at though unless you like looking at the inside of a scope
