  4. Finally ive seen 1 solitary star i am damn sure it was 1 but i blinked and it was gone ohhhh wohh is meeee if it rains anymore ill need floatation packs for my scope...

  8. i tried this with a green 10mw laser and it had no efect at all just out of curiosity mind..
  9. i dont think ive seen anything but clouds in a month or so spikey its just grim lol..
  10. Excellent first pics also try using microsoft ice to mosaic the closeups i find it does a pretty fair job and its free from microsoft..
  11. hi i dont know about your phone but on my galaxy ace there is an option to set it to true north or mag north depending on what you require make sure the compass is calibrated ie when the compass is on the screen move it in a figure of eight and wait for the pointer to settle then mark your bearing i use a stick light to place on the ground at north,south east and west and roughly align the mount to them then adjust using the polar scope till im spot on seems to work pretty well for me..(battery opperated sticklights £1ea Poundland).
