I was wondering how ppl attach a dslr to there SW mak127 ??

Unscrew the piece on he back of the ota and screw t ring to it ?

or

T ring + t adaptor slide into back and tighten the 2 screws ?

My barlow is t-threaded so I just use a t-ring on my D90 and pop it into the back of the scope. supposedly getting a zoom ep tonight thats t-threaded as well for direct dslr connection. From scopes n skies so will let you know how that works out.

I dont know if youll be able to achieve focus by screwing into ota with no spacer.

I use a quicker method, pop out the EP and then pop in the DSLR that has a T ring and 1.25" nosepiece attached. Straight into the diagonal.

Use a bahtinov mask - perfect focus every time

I attach mine direct to the back of the scope as its already threaded for the camera ring. I obviously remove the C-mount from the ring before hand. When I use the camera with any of my other scopes I simply attach the C-mount back to the ring. I find my camera sits far better connected to the 127 directly. I figured attaching it to the diagonal a disaster waiting to happen!!

I don't use diagonal as don't fully trust it to take the weight.

If your camera has live view you can use the screen zoom to magnify the image and check for focus that way.
