Which Barlow?

So, I want to strap a Barlow to my Heritage 130p while Saturn's good for seeing. The 2x which came free with the scope hasn't arrived yet & by all accounts it's not the best anyway.

I'm after a Tal 3x to use with the 25mm, but no-one has any stock and from ringing round, they're not likely to be in stock for another three months. I've also posted a wanted ad on ABS, but don't hold out much hope.

Obviously, the Tal is my preferred option, due to price (under £40), reputation and the general good vibe everyone gives off when talking about them.

What other 3x Barlow will give equivalent performance for a similar price? Recommendations please
