Fujifilm S602Z, any good?

Hi all,

Are these cameras any good? I friend is selling one ex-corporate stock, he owes me a favour so I can pretty much get it for free. It's certainly looks the part...?

Its a good camera optically and mechanically Gaz but the imaging chip, despite the claims, is no better than a regular 3mp CCD and is quite noisy. 

So, good for general photography but not really suited to low light work.
