What a great clear night and what a change that makes. Stuck at work all night, but I brought my Bino's. I got a lovely view of M49 and was awestruck at the majesty of the view 49 million light years away and seen so well through a £55 set of binoculars. Anyway probably no great shakes to many, but I was blown away. Now all I want is for the skies to stay like this for the next few days.....please........please.........

Galaxies will do that to you. I don't think there is a another more thought provoking sight through the eyepiece/s.
