I think the scales are a bit out and only one is an offical map of my area but i think you get the idea....

I wish our council would consider turning off a lot of the street lights after midnight, which I know they would never do, because they even refuse to fix one particular street light out side my brothers house near me that is on 24 hours a day, it's been like it for a few years now.
