Hi

Not exactly sure what you have in mind but underground building is expensive.

Careful consideration of water tables drainage etc has to be in hand else the project end in disaster. If the balance is not right high water tables can push tanked structures out of the ground or crack the floor right accross causing irreparable damage.

Un-tanked underground buildings are cold and damp.

The walls, and floor will therefore all need to be tanked (read not cheap).

This is really a specialist area of building not taken lightly. If this area is familiar to you then good luck, but if not I would stay well away.

I have worked on underground projects myself so am fully aware of just how technical and expensive they are.

Regards Steve
