Finally seen Saturn :)

Last night at about 12pm seen my first glimps and I was amazed by the detail I seen much better than the detail of Jupiter I get I thought that was abit weird because Jupiter is closer and larger . I did try to get a photo but for some reason the webcam wouldn't pic it up.

cant wait to see her, been busy this week not had chance to get out to view.

hopefully tonight i will get out for a couple of hours and look around. moon still bright

so moon viewing a must .

Saturn takes higher magnification better than Jupiter for some reason. I had my first look this year last night but it was low down and over a house so only low mag possible. Looking forward to getting better views as it progresses towards opposition
