Canon 600d video help

Hi all i have recently bought a t ring so now can attach my 600d to my 127 mak. i have captured a few short HD videos of the moon and i cant seem to load them into registax, i have tried R5 and R6 both dont seem to be able to see the avi files when i open the select folder. Do i have to convert the avi file format before i can load into registax or iam i missing something?

You probably do have to convert the video files created by the camera into AVI or MPEG for registax to read them.

With Canon's own zoombrowser ex program you can do file conversion.
