Jupiter on Feb 11th

Following advise from last night, I took this with my DFK21AU618 tonight. Used a 2x Barlow and stacked 3500 frames. Colour and other attributes are better but ity the Red Spot wasn't visible tonight.

Captured the belts really well but looks slightly over exposed.

what was your frame rate for the image. SIMON.

Just a RGB align would help (you can load your saved image back into Registax or Photoshop etc to do this)

I checked the Histo and exposure looks good (maybe your monitor Simon??)

Not at all. For a relative novice (and finds Registax has a vast number of controls and my version of Photshop is Elements 8, not the full CS4 or CS5) how does one perform an RGB align? Incidentally, I also took a 5500 frame video but Registax 6 hangs at 68% during the align. I'll try on another laptop (dual core) in case the cheapo laptop I use to take outside is not powerful enough.
