how to imput infromation on the synscan

Hi i got my lat and long off a website but do not know how to imput in onto the synscan and help on how to do it. Thanks

Here is my location hope theses are right

Latitude = 53.2929, Longitude = -3.7208

Lat = 53 degrees, 17.6 minutes North

Long = 3 degrees, 43.2 minutes West

I'm very new to the synacan so need help with it.
