NGC 2237 The Rosette Nebula (Hα)

It's been far too long since I pointed a scope at this object, by far my favourite part of the sky, The Rosette Nebula. Hα makes a nice change from RGB, no dodgy gradients!!

OIII and SII are capturing at the moment, so will see if an hour on each will get me a decent NB image.

Camera: Atik 383L+ Mono with Baader 1.25" 7nm Hα

Scope: Borg 101EDII with 0.85x Reducer @ F5.3

Mount: EQ6 with EQMOD

Guiding: Orion ST80 with QHY5

Capture Software: CCD Commander, Maxim DL

Processing Software: Deep Sky Stacker, PixInsight

Exposures: 9 x 10 mins

Calibration: 25 x Bias, Flats, Darks
