Meade 80mm triplet focuser atachment

Does anyone know if this scope has a unique conection for the OTA to the focuser?

Earl, i have tried to fit a Moonlite to mine and really struggled to find a suitable flange. I have been assured of the size etc, but it has twice been too large despite me measuring both external thread of the ota and internal thread of the Meade focuser. For now I have given up and continue to use the Meade original albeit with a lakeside motor on it now.

It look like im going to go down the line of a custom made jobby to use my feathertouch
