Need animation advice please.

Recommended Posts

I've got about 30 images of Jupiter and up to 3 moons taken over 3 hours from Saturday night. When I've done animations (not very good ones) in the past using either GIMP for gif or just a glorified slideshow using windows movie maker I've cropped and centred all the images in Castrator or ninnox. My problem is with having 3 moons any cropping and centring of Jupiter will remove a moon from the 640x480 frame.

How do I centre the Planet without losing moons? Is it just a case of physically placing them on top of each other ?

I don't have photoshop. I use gimp, image analyser and paint.net.
