First Jupiter Image!

I was looking forward to a great night for stargazing but I was cut short by dew. I managed to capture two images of Jupiter, not great, but I stacked in Registax to see what would turn out. After processing in GIMP, I was pretty happy with it. Taken with a Point-and-Shoot through the eyepiece (didn't get the chance to use my DSLR) at 98x magnification. I used a 25mm with 2x Barlow. I can't wait to capture more data on a better night!

I also tried taking video and stacking it, but Jupiter was overexposed and I don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Nice first try. If a video is overexposed, there is little you can do afterwards. Manually changing the brightness to let the image show detail before capture is the only option, I am afraid.
