M42 with ED80 and Atik Titan

I thought I'd better do some deep sky as I was getting out of practice, and methinks what better subject than the glorious Orion Nebula. This was a mixture of 30 second and 60 second subs using a 0.5 focal reducer, all done on an AZ synscan mount

Looks nice have you tried the unsharp mask in ps on it might sharpen it up a bit for you.

Lovely colour and plenty of nebulosity. It's just a gnat's whisker off with the focus I think. A bit of gentle sharpening might help but avoid putting halos around the stars or bringing out the noise, better a bit soft than grainy.
