Another Revelation EP Kit question

You may find most commenting on wow factor have gone from the simple modified achromats supplied with Synta scopes to wide field eyepieces. While you may find the GSO plossls will offer some improvement over the EP's that came with your scope I doubt it will be a substantial improvement in a 127 Skymax. The long focal length and superb correction in the MAK are often easy on EP's anyway. You will gain benefits from the barlow and other focal lengths but the 9mm might be a bit tight on the eye relief being a spectacle wearer.

Thanks Spaceboy for your comments, (apologies for jumping in again on your thread and trying to make it my own), what you say sits alongside everything I've read recently about EPs. I think that I will need to move up from plossl type EPs to the Explorers or Hyperions if I want higher magnification.

Oh, by the way, I've just recieved my Telrad too, (it's all too much excitement!)
