skywatcher direct slr camera connection and star analiser

I am currenly using a webcam in a skywatcher newtonian reflector with Rspec and a 1 25'' star analyser grating. Now I would like to use a D1 Nikon because of the bigger CCD. I understand that a T ring is enough in a skywatcher to attach it to the scope but how do I attach the star analiser grating to the SLR canera? Should I get an adapter for it? How do you guys do it?

Most of us use the 1.25" (filter threaded) nosepiece.This fits the T2 adaptor on the camera body and positions the grating about 80mm in front of the CCD chip.
