M27 1st with modded DLSR

Hi guys

Well finally got my EOS 1000d modded and decided to revisit a few old targets to get a comparison, so first up is M27. Not sure I've got the best out of it as it appears that I need to change the way I process the image, so give me some time to get used to the camera.

60 x 60sec @ ISO800 + 20 darks

I'm definitely going to need to figure out getting Flats.

As ever all comments and suggestions very welcome.

I see lots of red. I imaged M27 with my 1100D unmodded and really had to stretch the red to get any of it in the image.

I've had a play, created an artificial flat. An improvement I think.
