celestron omni ?

I know the ultima is well rated, but is the omni barlow x2 a recomended barlow. ?

The Omni barlow is not in the same league as the Ultima (the price difference in this case does make a difference). The Omni is OK - around the same as the Skywatcher / Revelation 2x doublet barlows. The Ultima is a bit of a gem though.
