First attempt at the moon

Hi Everyone,

This was my first attempt at the moon on friday night,

I used a 2x barlow with my canon 5d, I had no nd filters

so I shot it at 1/1250 I lined it up in live view but because

the clouds were bearing down on me I rushed it.

I,ll do much better hopefully on my next clear evening.

Just get out at click away, but dont do what I did leave it to

the last few shots before I had a good focus and the clouds

appeared.

But then I think if every night was perfect, I would,nt enjoy

it as much as I do.

Really need some clear nights now so I can get a few lunar mosaics done! Looks great tho doesn't looks rushed at all!

I think what happened when I say rushed was you see the cloud

coming in and you start to rush the shot but luck was on my side

as I had already made sure I was saving in raw so all was'nt lost.
