Simple finder

I have a small 70mm mak that I use for a multitude of tasks ,I could really do with a simple (not bulky) finder .It would really need to be more like a gun sight than a finder scope as this thing gets slung over my back and gets a fair bit of rough treatment. I have had a search but cant find anything to copy/buy.

So any ideas of a simple finder that I can stick on the outside of the tube and adjust ?

Sounds like your after a RDF finder (Red Dot Finder)

Something like a Telrad.

Why not just buy a 'sniper scope' thingy from a gun shop / eBay

Sorry for posting in the wrong section :?

A telrad would be to big(I think) , there is no way of securing it other than glue so would probably get knocked off when out and about. I can remember seeing a small thing that resebled a gun sight ("v" sights) but can not find it anywhere on the net now :/.

I have secured a red-dot finder to my 65mm Mak with a bit of velcro tape. It works.
