Meade Series 4000 56mm 2" Super Plossl

Is anyone using the Meade Series 4000 56mm 2" Super Plossl? Would this make a better wide field eyepiece than an inexpensive super wide or ultra wide angle (for example the Sky-Watcher PanaView 38mm 2") in a slow f/9 refractor or f/10 catadioptric?

At F9 it will give an exit pupil over 6mm... Even at F10 the exit pupil is over 5mm.
