Hello i am looking to upgrade from a spc900nc to a more sensitive planetary/lunar camera, whats your thoughts and opinions on the DMK21AF04AS

Would this be a good choice as a more advanced camera?

I'm no expert imager but for 200 pounds wouldn't it be better to get a second hand atik 16ic ? Around the same price, and better for dso imaging, just my thinking and something i've considered.

Atik 16ic is not a planetary camera. Would be a very bad choice.

As for planetary cameras choose either DMK21AU618 or color DFK21AU618 - the latest TIS cams with very sensitive ICX618 CCD (and fixed bugs like circular artifacts).
