Hi all

Iv just finished building my Bluetooth adaptor. I used a small BT module and put it all in a small project box. It looks great and works fine now iv sorted out my com port mess LOL and cost just under £18 including the BT dongle for the laptop.

Hi Andy

Please clarify, you can send and receive RS232 via USB between your laptop and your scope?

If so, for £18 I'm very impressed.

What sort of range are you getting?

Been thinking about doing this DIY for some time, using low-cost programmable boards from Chinese and HK sellers on eBay, as opposed to the £60+ dongles that are ready to go.

But I'm confused by the subtleties of the boards on offer.

I'm sure I'm the first of many fervently hoping you will be posting your parts list, schematics, instructions etc.

Cheers

Michael
