Meade ETX 105 Motor Drive Fault - what to do?

Hi,

Here we go, first question:

When trying to easy align my Meade ETX 105 in the alt/az position using the hand controller, the telescope will slew vertically and horizontally looking for the first star and will slew horizontally 360 degrees (sometimes more, sometimes less) without finding the star only to then stop with the message motor drive fault on the hand controller.

Is it broken? Is it fixable? Where to turn?

Im sure Ive heard the 360 spin problem before,you might have to Train the drives etc,
