Trying to find a website

I got a link on here a few weeks ago to a site that gave an "all sky" view for any location you gave it, showing light domes from nearby towns etc and the sort of light pollution you can expect from the site... I can't for the life of me remember what it was called and google has proved frutiless.

Anyone know what i'm on about?

Click on any spot in the UK & it simulates what the night sky will look like there & it also gives you the bortle rating.
