The Crescent - NGC6888

Recommended Posts

Here is my completed Crescent nebula for now; Taken with the trusty TOA130F and the ST10 ccd camera. The image is essentially a Ha R(Ha)GB, where the H Alpha is used to supplement the red channel and as a luminance channel to lift the data.

3 hours H Alpha

1.5 Hours in RGB

All combined and processed with PixInsight and polished with PhotoShop etc...

Not sure that I have made the most of my H Alpha data so I might come back to this at a later date??

I hope you like it, all comments welcome as usual.
